It is such a shame that our people of today have forgotten where we come from and the status of the black woman. We are so caught up in this foreign culture that our own is on the verge of extinction. All over the world, we are mocked but at the same time imitated by many. Everybody wants to be God, God-like or the children of God but no one wants to follow the rules and regulations. And yes, there are rules as well as consequences for not following them.

First rule-
Acknowledge the black woman being God and what makes her a supreme being.
Second rule-
Began your daily worship and devotion rituals for the black woman; pour out libations, meditate and use incense.

Third rule-
Began to purify your temple to receive your transmissions from the dieties.
Fourth rule-
Get proper rest.
Yea Right
Fifth rule-
De-toxify your hair and free it from all chemical bondage.
Heritage
Sixth rule-
Get back to your roots.
There are many more but these are the basic building blocks to start you on your path.
Teach your kids from their youth and free them from this physical/spiritual and mental bondage.
